Prayer Breakfasts – The first Saturday of
each month is prayer breakfast here at Central. All are invited
to this time of fellowship and prayer.
Small Groups -
Confronting the Enemies Within meets Wednesdays at 9 AM
at the home of
Kelly & Butch Murbarger, RR1 Box 291 (Stoltz Addition),
Lawrenceville.
Chronological Study of the Gospels meets Sundays at 5
PM at the home of
Bill & Helen Hanson, 608 21st Street in Lawrenceville.
Effective Parenting in a Defective World
- A new series of lessons for parents begins on Sunday, April 11th.
It will meet in the activity center at 9:30 a.m. This 9-session
video series features nationally known speaker Chip Ingram, minister
of Venture Christian Church in Los Gatos, CA. He has a passion
for helping parents navigate the murky waters of modern childrearing.
Grab a cup of coffee, bring your questions, and share your own
insights with the group.
Prayer Room Now Available -
During the sermon series He Still Moves Stones the church is
initiating a new invitation at decision time. In addition to
coming forward
to be baptized into Christ as Lord and Savior, or transferring
membership to our
church, we are now offering prayer and counseling. This will be
offered in the church
library in the children's wing at the close of each worship service.
There will be someone there to talk with you, pray with you and help
you find further assistance
with issues you are facing. If necessary we can refer you to a
trained counselor.
